The Low-Hardness Shoe Sole PU Resin is very light, the glue rate is better than the rubber bottom and the beef bottom, and the comfort is better than the rubber bottom and the beef bottom.

Polyurethane base, good dimensional stability, long storage life; excellent wear resistance, flexural resistance; excellent shock absorption, anti-slip performance; better temperature resistance; good chemical resistance. However, the bottom of the polyurethane is divided into two types: the encrypted polyurethane base and the foamed polyurethane base.

The Medium-Density Shoe Sole PU Resin density is lower than that of the encrypted polyurethane base. The foamed polyurethane base is softer than the encrypted polyurethane. The foamed polyurethane base weight is also lower than that of the encrypted polyurethane base. To be lighter, the cost of the foamed polyurethane base is also half the cost of the encrypted polyurethane base. The gloss of the foamed polyurethane base is not as bright as that of the encrypted polyurethane; the foamed polyurethane bottom is not as durable as the encrypted polyurethane.

The wear resistance of the encrypted polyurethane sole is 5 times that of the ordinary rubber sole, and the wear resistance of the foamed polyurethane bottom is one-half of that of the ordinary rubber sole.

Foamed polyurethane soles are used in the manufacture of medium and low-grade leather shoes, sports shoes, high-end leather shoes, sports shoes, travel shoes, etc.
